How Medicaid Health Coverage Connects to Lifeline
If you're currently enrolled in Medicaid, you can generally use your Medicaid card or an official enrollment letter as proof of program participation when applying for Lifeline. Because Medicaid is administered at the state level, plan names can vary, but the underlying federal program is the same nationwide.
Good to know
Only one Lifeline discount is generally allowed per household. If multiple members of your household separately qualify, the benefit still applies once per household, not per person.
